•          Standard domestic shipping takes an average of 4-7 business days to arrive.
•          We also offer two-day and one day shipping for continental USA
•          Order cut-off times for two-day and one day shipping: EST 11.00 am
•          International shipping takes an average of 8-14 business days to arrive.
•          We are not responsible for any other shipping charges and will not refund for them. Customers are responsible for paying International Customs Charge.
•          We will send you an email confirmation when your order has been shipped, including your tracking number

Returns & Exchange

We hope you love what you ordered. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us for an exchange or refund, subject to the following terms.    

• Whether you want to return or exchange, you can send an email at info@bersuse.com and we will start the process according to your email.
• Items are in their original condition: unwashed. Items not in this condition will not be accepted.
• You have up to 60 days to return items.
• Items which are damaged or defective may be returned at any time.
• Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returns are free.
• Exchanges are free.
• Refunds require proof of purchase: the invoice mailed to you or the original credit card used for the purchase.
• The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
