Shipping & Handling
- Standard domestic shipping takes an average of 4-7 business days to
- We also offer two-day and one day shipping for continental USA
- Order cut-off times for two-day and one day shipping: EST 11.00 am
- International shipping takes an average of 8-14 business days to
- We are not responsible for any other shipping charges and will not
refund for them. Customers are responsible for paying International Customs
- We will send you an email confirmation when your order has been
shipped, including your tracking number

Returns & Exchange
hope you love what you ordered. If you are not
satisfied with your purchase, return it to us for an exchange or refund,
subject to the following terms.
- Whether you want to return or exchange, you can send an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will start the
process according to your email.
- Items are in their original condition: unwashed. Items not in this
condition will not be accepted.
- You have up to 60 days to return items.
- Items which are damaged or defective may be returned at any time.
- Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returns are free.
- Exchanges are free.
- Refunds require proof of purchase: the invoice mailed to you or the
original credit card used for the purchase.
- The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
